1. Network Security Services

Since our services are provided in the form of consultations, technical support, and system configuration, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered. However, if you feel that the service provided did not meet your expectations, we will offer a solution in the form of additional consultation or service adjustments to meet your needs.

2. Issue Resolution Process

If you encounter issues with a service or product, you can contact our support team within 7 business days of receiving the service or starting its provision. We will review your complaint and make every effort to find a solution that satisfies both parties. If the issue cannot be resolved through further work, we will offer compensation or a refund.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If the service was not provided in full within the agreed timeframe.
  • If there was an error or failure in service delivery that was not corrected within a reasonable time.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the decision to refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the initial purchase.

4. Exclusions

Refunds and returns do not apply in the following cases:

  • If the service was fully delivered according to your requirements.
  • If changes were caused by your actions (e.g., incorrect setup or usage of the service).
  • If more than 7 business days have passed since the service was delivered or work began.
